Appointments
Booking: All services, including consultations, require an appointment. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
Confirmation: Appointment confirmations are required at least 48 hours in advance.
Late Arrivals: Arriving 30min late on busy days may result in a reschedule to ensure fairness to all clients.
Payment Policies
Deposit: A 70% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom grillz orders. The remaining balance is due upon completion.
Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of grillz and cosmetic dental services, refunds may not always be available. We ensure your satisfaction by working closely with you during the design process.
Accepted Payments: We accept credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods for your convenience.
Cancellations
Please Notify Us: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.
Privacy Practices
Confidentiality: Your personal and dental information is securely protected. We use it solely for your treatment and clinic operations.
Photo/Video Consent: With your consent, we may use photos or videos of you or your services from us for promotional purposes. Your privacy will always be respected.
Care and Maintenance
Grillz Care: Proper maintenance is essential for the longevity of your custom grillz. Our staff will provide you detailed aftercare instructions during your fitting session.
Repairs: Should your grillz require adjustments or repairs, do not hesitate to contact us for assistance. This may come at a cost.
